Rock Guards bar the way in 1.03 What a Crockery.

The Rock Guards are embedded in the walls of Hera's Cave, and come to life when Iolaus and Jason try to return Zeus's Chalice back to its place. They walk in a very slow, lumbering, Night-of-the-Living-Dead pace towards whoever is holding the Chalice.
Iolaus manages to duck around the Guards to return the Chalice to its spot - it is unknown what happened to the guards once the Chalice is back in its rightful place. Perhaps they returned to their positions or were destroyed by the blast of light from the chalice.
